Background
Sun America Realty was established in Tampa, FL over 30 years ago by entrepreneur Larry Guilford. Since it's foundation, Sun America Realty has been a proven leader in the commercial development market up and down the I-75 and I-275 corridor from downtown Tampa, FL up to Spring Lake, FL. It was in fact, largely due to the commercial work and investment of Sun America Realty that brought in many of the businesses and restaurants to eastern Pasco County which paved the the way for the Wesley Chapel, FL area to grow and thrive into the amazing community it is today. Managing investment opportunities, commercial properties, vacant land, residential home sales, a multi-family buildings, Sun America Realty continues to be a leader in the real estate market.
Philanthropic
Founder Larry Guilford has never lost his passion for helping others and through the success of Sun America Realty has been able to establish, fund, and manage many non-profit organizations whose impact is felt locally, nationally, and even internationally. Make A Difference, Inc. is one such example which is focused on Pasco County has fed hundreds of thousands of families who are in need of assistance, has aided women's & youth shelters, and much more. Hope For the Children is an example of international impact that funded and assisted with orphanages in Ukraine, Philippines, and Columbia. Larry Guilford continues to have a passion for helping others and this passion has permeated Sun America Realty and is demonstrated through his relationships with his clients.
